ERROR WHILE RUNNING NPM RUN DEV #495

Issue summary

I got error when i try run "npm run dev"

ERROR  Cannot read properties of null (reading 'useContext')

 node_modules/@shopify/app/node_modules/react/cjs/react.development.js:1618:21

Same issue here.

Tested the https://github.com/Shopify/shopify-app-template-node template as well, it fails too.
