[Urgent] Getting 404 when installed from Shop Admin Uninstalled App #496

Issue summary

I am getting 404 when installed from Shop Admin Uninstalled App
Sessions are not saving when installed from Partner account

Expected behavior

What do you think should happen?

on ngrok everything works fine but at Live server getting this issue
migrations etc working fine but sessions are not saving in Database
App installed hook also not working
