[Bug]: Timeout issue with the `shopify theme push` command with the `--json` flag #2682

When developers execute the shopify theme push -u -t new --json, the theme is never uploaded.

Expected behavior

Run shopify theme push -u -t new --json
An unpublished theme must be created

Actual behavior

Run shopify theme push -u -t new --json
The upload never finishes

Reproduction steps

Run shopify theme push -u -t new --json
