Add application/usage notes #21

This PR tries to give some tips on how to use tools to better adhere to the standards defined herein.

Fixes https://github.com/Shopify/shopify_python/issues/17 and https://github.com/Shopify/shopify_python/issues/19.

@cfournie this looks good to me apart from some minor suggestions. We're missing a section about migrating existing projects to these standards, but we can introduce that later.
