Background

We're adding support for Address Autocomplete Extension Targets. (Provide a link to any relevant issues AND provide a TLDR of the issue in this pull request)

Solution

Patching 2024-04 to include Address Autocomplete extension targets and APIs.
Also including doc changes and new examples (Describe your solution, why this approach was chosen, and what the alternatives/impacts may be)

In my prod store with the snapshot packages and 2024-04 in my .toml, I tophatted:

suggest extension including api, target and selectedCountryCode
format-suggestion extension including api and selectedSuggestion

Also: tophatting guest checkout and shop pay and looks good :)
