Don't use -j with install
Collect CC_VERSION_MESSAGE
Make commit hash length consistent with RUBY_VERSION
Add build config to front page header

I notice that the templates are under site. Is this a standard rails thing? If not, IMO templates would be a better directory name?

No, it's just part of the way I merged the files in from the other repo into a subdirectory of this one. I didn't change much about the structure of it at the time. We could certainly rename it, but it's probably worth restructuring beyond that to make it more intuitive.
