Although I checked out your repo after that last change and shouldn't have had the problem with Temboo-1.1.4.zip according to your description, I decided to give it try. However, the save_files.bash and put_files.bash approach doesn't work: "Building Arduino IDE for arm ... build.xml doesn't exist".
So I removed Arduino again and ran your bash script that cloned Arduino again and the build failed again on Temboo-1.1.4.zip
Please help.
