Unable to compile NENG in Ubuntu 20 #10

Ubuntu 20 is latest LTS released last month. Multiple people in discord/reddit reported that NENG wallet can not be compiled in this version.

Right now NENG is not supported by dev under this new release. Eventual this version will needed to be supported.

Trying to install Ubuntu 20 LTS in for NENG compiling, failed at below step: sudo add-apt-repository ppa:bitcoin/bitcoin

Some of security step in Ubuntu 20 that prevent above ppa to be added. Ubuntu 20 seems to be dramatically different on package repos security compared to older version of 18.04 or 16.04

Making some progress on compiling NENG core on Ubuntu 20.04. x86_64 platform Ubuntu 20.04 NENG wallet will be supported in the coming v1.4.0 release together with Android mobile mining upgrade.

v1.4.0 is released with binary support for Ubuntu 20.04 on x86_64 hardware.
