Pin hoek (sub)dependency to 4.2.1 #1

Note that the extra deps are coming from me installing the optional dep fsevents from the chokdir dep. I am not sure why my NPM included them in the lock file since its optional, but I am using node v.8.9.4 and NPM v5.6.0, so I wonder if this is just a standard procedure of these versions.

Approved PR, removed optional fsevents (OSX-specific) dependency.
