NGC dimensions incorrectly interpreted #11

NGC data table lists apparent dimensions in arcseconds. Program is interpreting those as arcminutes, objects being drawn 60 times too large.

Fixed in latest version to be published. Code was mixing arcsecond and arcminute dimensions from datafiles.

Found another case where NGC dimensions disagreed with Messier dimensions - the NGC catalog needs to be re-validated, I think there are mixed units in some cases.
