The default layout is presented to the user when they open the app.
Currently, the default layout is hardcoded (layers and events panel on the left, viewport on the right). It would be better if the user could define their own layouts.
Ideas regarding layout management:
[ ] A list of built-in layouts for various use cases (Present in editors like Photoshop, Blender etc).
[ ] Save current layout as the default (startup) layout.
[ ] Add, remove layouts to a list of custom layouts.
