plugin causing people to be unabe to log in #53

i removed and reinserted the staff+ plugin several times now and the plugin loads in perfectly and show no errors

BUT when people try to log in into the server it keeps logging in and then times out after 10-20 seconds.

there are no error messages when a player logs in or when the server gets restarted or anything

The author of the plugin is no longer with us but I have a maintained fork on spigot on my profile Qball
