The mass of the Chemical Plant is too low #145

For any given process the conversion speed of the Convert-O-Tron 125 is more or less 3 times faster than the Chemical Plant, however the mass is 6.25 times bigger. I guess that the mass of the Chemical Plant should be doubled.
