Looking at the Kerbalism CLS.cfg it is clearly intended that these are passable for CLS however the wrong part name has been used.
In CLS.cfg, the part names used are "GravityRing" & "Greenhouse" the correct partnames are "kerbalism-gravityring" and "kerbalism-greenhouse". Changing to the correct names does in my testing fix the problem.
