My Game is pretty heavily modded, but I've been removing mods to see if any of them are interacting with Kerbalism negatively. None that influence UI have changed the issue. I also ran KSP on a clean install with just the base game, Kerbalism, and its dependencies installed. Still got the same issue.
I'm on KSP 1.3.1. I installed the BackPort-ed version of the mod.
