I've been following the forums for quite some time and the most asked question is how to disable the time warp auto-stop. I recommend adding a "Did You Know!" style popup the first time someone opens the detailed view of the vessel list, regardless of scene.

The 'integrated help' in this mod changed over time. First, there were these 'tutorial notifications' (like the notifications for a contract completed, that kind). Then when KSPedia was introduced in KSP, these were scrapped and replaced with KSPedia entries. But after a while I realized how awful it was to author and maintain them. So these were just removed.

Since then I through to add a very short 'mini-guide' window, that explain summarily the UI and mechanics. The individual sections of this guide could be shown only if the relative feature is enabled in the mod. It could pop out at start of new game, when user right-click on the applauncher, with a keyboard button, etc. The sections and their text could be specified in ConfigNodes.
