Oh, another question, where could i find a metadata file to describe the relationships of Camellia-seq-lineage darlin results and scRNASeq/scCoolSeq?

Great, but I am still puzzled about this question.

For LL731_P2:

1. There is one scRNASeq file:

   

2. There are 94 scCoolSeq files:

   

3. There are 6 DARLIN files:

   

So, what could be done if I wanna find some connections among these files in single cell level? Is there any clues in https://zenodo.org/records/8422061 ?
