Support worker threads #213

Add NAN_MODULE_WORKER_ENABLED macro as a replacement for NAN_MODULE. Closes Shouqun/node-dbus#212

Strange, the tests are passing in 127.4 (LTS), but failing in 127.3 (12), but the environments are identical. When I run them local, they all pass too.
