ReadMe has icon saying the build is failing #217

Is this an issue to be concerned about? I'm migrating my app to depend on this library and want to make sure this project is actively maintained. I was able to install just fine and the error appears to be old.

The failure is unit test fail with Node v13: https://travis-ci.org/github/Shouqun/node-dbus/jobs/663969059 I'll look into it soon.
