I have added some Twilight Forest trees, let me share if it helps. The Twilight oak and Darkwood trees weren't add because they need tweaks.

These need tweaks:

To the Twilight oak adds "twilightforest:twilight_leaves:0" to twilight_log:0 To Darkwood {"logs":["twilightforest:twilight_log:3"],"leaves":["twilightforest:dark_leaves:0"]}

And I notice this error in the config {"logs":["biomesoplenty:log_4:5"],"leaves":["forestry:leaves:0"]} It must be {"logs":["biomesoplenty:log_4:5"],"leaves":["biomesoplenty:leaves_1:9"]}.

Thank you for the input very useful, its tiring loading all the mods to find the blocks myself XD I have just released the ability to turn mods compatibility on/off for each mod, I will add these mods too soon.

Have added betweenlands and some of twilight, but could not find the magic trees yet, where are they?

The magic trees are only find in dungeons, I believe that this haven't changed. Link to wiki
