Pusher fails with error: first path segment in URL cannot contain colon #22

Hi Experts, My pusher has been working fine for months and now it suddenly started failing while pushing metrics to gateway. What could be the reason? Please help. (I have other pusher pushing to same gateway and those work fine, so there is something wrong with only one pusher) Error: time="2020-05-08T00:54:43Z" level=error msg="could not create request: parse https://prometheus-gw.xx.xxx-xx.xx.xx-xx-1.xx.com/metrics/job/pusher-xx_xx-xx/instance/prometheus-pusher-xx-5d4d8d9b6d-77swq: first path segment in URL cannot contain colon"

Hi @manoj-k-kumar - is it possible that you have a colon character - : in your hostname? If not, can you check whether you're using ipv4 or ipv6 for your hostname?
