Notify Typings Incompatible with Dice Tray #10

I can't guarantee the compatibility with all the other modules, since there are so many modules and the execution order of modules is quite random. So, I think that making an option for typing notification pop-up's position which allows it to avoid overlapping with other modules' UIs would be a solution, though not the best one.

It also has a similar problem when Theatre Inserts is enabled, which is a shame since both enhance the text experience a lot. In the case of Theatre Inserts the Theatre looks to move the textbox above the notification so it's covered up by the textbox.
