emscripten support #128

FTEQW has this, so it would be cool to have QSS support the web as well.

tbh just use fteqw if you want a web port. ultimately a web port is pointless if there's no web site actually using it. there's enough pains from emscripten or browser specific quirks/issues/etc that I'm not going to even contemplate spending time on it when I've already got one engine supporting it.
