[Bug] Arcane Dimensions - vertically misaligned crosshair

Issue: The crosshair is misaligned vertically from the actual shooting. Found an issue with latest AD (v1.80p1) when setting variable in autoexec.cfg: scr_sbaralpha 1

Repro steps:

1. Clean install: QSS: Win64 (x86-64) / 2021-April-01 + ad_v1_80p1final.zip + id1/Pak0.pak & Pak1.pak
2. Creating autoexec.cfg in /ad/ folder with only one line: scr_sbaralpha 1
3. Launch the game and fire LG/Nailguns for best results

Workaround: setting scr_sbaralpha 1 directly in config.cfg doesn't seem to introduce the issue.

Notes:

• This issue does not reproduce in AD 1.7
• It might be related to custom HUDs logic introduced via CSQC, I see a bunch of scr_sbaralpha references in source: csqc_hudad.qc (but unfortunately I'm not a programmer to figure it out)
• This is probably a very minor issue, so please don't waste time on it if you have better things to do :)
