Code polish

[x] Remove imgui
[x] Disable mouse cursor
[x] Application to find relative asset folder
[x] Disable camera control debug
[x] Add splashscreen
[x] Disable keyboard controls
[x] Remove networking stuff (to avoid the firewall warning)
[x] Control console presence (on Windows)

Packaging

[x] Add app icon
