What a cryptic title.

The idea came from https://github.com/ShredEagle/entity/commit/c72e0232e8b28828a7474486b154e23e444a382c. We have a growing number of external bits and pieces that are pulled into infrastructure. From the top of my head:

Cmake submodule
Reusable (github actions) workflows
Conan recipe base

Maybe having "outdated" version showing in SPH could keep the pain at a manageable level?

It seems to be implement for CMake submodule and shred_conan_base, but not available for reusable workflows.

Up for the feature to have sph show "outdated" reusable_workflows version in repo-local workflow files. Edit: Would be even more convenient if it offered to update to latest version directly from the GUI (there is already command-line logic to update those files to a given version)
