EPIC: 3D Renderer v2

Try to get the design closer to things that were modern circa 2018.

Some high level goals:

• AZDO
  • Batching and use of uniform buffers
• Modular rendering via the model of resources, targets and passes (inspired by Render Graph designs)
• Shader/Material system
• Support transparency and full screen effects
• Detailed timings and metrics (drawn primitives, shaders invocations, ...)

Prototype steps:

• [ ] Implement metrics (ARB_pipeline_statistics_query)
• [ ] Prototype with ability to toggle different features (to get timing and metrics differences)
• [ ] Validate material overrides (camera & instance)
