closes #117

Move initial renderer to snac-renderer-V1.
Move profiler code to a dedicated 'profiler' library.
Complete profiler dependencies, make them all private.
Move refactor_proto resource to the future renderer folder.
Extract snac-renderer-V2 library from refactor_proto.
