Add snac-renderer lib and snac-viewer app, showing static cube.
Introduce a Uniform Buffer to control viewing (camera an projection).
Implement orbital control for the camera in snac-viewer.
Handle change in window aspect ratio, and implement panning.
Implement the classic illumination model.
Implement instanced rendering.
Add per instance color, and ambient color uniform.
Upgrade to latest math and graphics.
