Metrics in train loop! - Githubissues

Added metrics based on the Pytorch-Lightning Metrics API. It provides in-built functionality to sync values during distributed training (DDP)
Added logging of metrics on weights and biases
Verified the correctness of new metric against vanilla implementation
Added some config nodes for debugging mode (reduced batch size, debug project in wandb)
