Categorize the courses #256

I want to add a feature that categorizes courses into categories like programming languages, web technologies(frontend and backend), frontend and backend frameworks, etc. This gives the user a broader idea about the tech and allows them to easily find relevant courses without needing to scroll through all available content, improving their overall experience.

Hi! I am eager to contribute towards this issue. I can create a section for the categorization of the courses. Please assign this issue to me @Shreyaa173 under hacktoberfest and gssoc-ext with necessary level 3 labels.
