THE COB has been formatted to properly implement the Gritcoin spec as per the spawners design. The niblets are now delineated with a niblet at the beginning of the niblet row.

A great reward was made for your services to Gritcoin. Addition of '-' to start of each niblet does much to enhance readability when displayed on Github. Integrated an additional niblet and updated docs to reflect format change.
