fix: Build issues

Fixes build issues in Gradle and Fly caused by new update versions, described in https://github.com/ShrimpCryptid/Secret-Hitler-Online/issues/63.

• Updated gradle syntax and removed deprecated content
• Fixed compile issues caused by new javalin update
• Added debug statements to database connection
