Shield of Partha mentions the ability of having counter attack buff where it doesn't work as intended or is misleblled as reflect

[Fearless Charge] While casting, gain a Counteattack effect.

FIX: [Fearless Charge] While casting, gain a Reflect effect.

Fixed with dmg reflection
