Persistence of Vision inconsistently labelled #22

Recently, a copy paste from a previous build meant that two different forms of notation appear on a single class of capacitor. Some are marked 104 (meaning 10 x 10^4 picoFarads) whilst others are marked 100nF (which is the same). This is unnecessarily confusing and should be fixed.

Now fixed. PNG exports need updating on website.
