Sometimes clients can have more than one appointment scheduled, it is not possible to do so with the app as it only keeps track of one appointment at a time. So it may create inconvenience for the user.

Reason for disagreement: The report I gave is not a suggestion but rather a problem that users might face due the lack of ability to add more than 1 appointment. By only allowing users to add one appointment, it reduces the helpfulness of the app since they have to keep track of the additional appointment dates on their own and hence the app doesn't fully meet the requirements of the target users who want to be able to keep track of any number of appointments of a person. One should not assume that each client would only have one appointment with the user.

Hence, this can be considered a feature flaw as it does work as expected but could have been designed better.
