Update landing page to have a contact me section and nav bar bug fixes

• Need to create a contact me section for the landing page.
• Also, there are some bugs with the nav bar:
  1. the nav bar does not work as expected on mobile devices (does not navigate to the correct section sometimes)
  2. The nav bar needs to update to reflect the current section as we scroll through the sections.
