RetinaNet supprt #13

Is there a plan to support RetinaNet? The accuracy of RetinaNet seems to be higher compared to SSD according to the RetinaNet paper.

There is a plan to add RetinaNet, maybe in two to three weeks. There are also some other method here to achieve the charming accuracy. Like fssd. Try this first to check whether it meet you need.
