KNX-Binding: Numerical values with DPT 9.004 are not shown #123

Values of numerical items defined with DPT 9.004 in the KNX Binding are not 
shown in the visualization. If the same EIB group addressed, but DPT 9.001 are 
used, everything works as expected.
