Add an Entrypoint for Modbus TCP Binding

btw. the '</wiki:comment>' statement don't work correctly, all following menu 
points are not functional in the moment.

Hi Falk,

Thanks for noticing the problem with the wiki:comment, I have removed this now.
Furthermore I have added a new wiki page for modbus: 
http://code.google.com/p/openhab/wiki/ModbusTcpBinding

Once the modbus binding is in the main repository and the wiki page is filled, 
I will add it to the menu structure.
