i request you to provide DB schema Document. Without DB schema I'm not able to understand where the customer information is pushed and how is it fetched. Kindly consider this request and share db schema :)

Hi, Please refer to 'backend folder' for schema details i.e. mapping o the fields used and for database I have used MongoDB via mongodb atlas. You can create a free account and replace the 'mongo url' in line no 21 in App.js file in backend folder. After a successful connection you can see the working of the backend schema.
