Chromosom color not correct #4

Hi,

thanks for maintaining qmplot! I have a question, I am trying to plot my data but the color of the chromosome seems to be not correct. I attached an image: MB_bgh_classes_manhatten

Any ideas would could be wrong?

Well, I guess you may confuse about the dot color was mix by red and blue in your significant loci on chr2H? Actually, it's correct and the loci did not mix with others, the only reason was the dots were too close to the significant loci, that make the resolution of plot cannot distinguish from the highlight, but the result is right.
