Missing Part in NHANES_PRA on DM.R #1

I have identified a missing part in the Bivariate Analysis of the code in this repository. Currently, the code does not include the Chi-squared Test whereas it appears in your presentation. Could you kindly update/include the missing part in the code?

Thanks for your email and sorry for a late reply! I haven’t been using GitHub for years, and I didn’t know that I missed some parts of the code - I will revisit it when I get a moment ( probably this summer).

Hi Helia,

I've got a chance to look at the code again. The bivariate analysis was not missing - please refer to the newly uploaded R markdown file (in PDF format) to track the results/outputs for that part.
