Languages list missing #141

Chrome Version       : 12.0.742.122 (yes, it's dev version, I know)
Operating system     : Win7 x64

The only option I have is english, as seen on pic (same thing for realtime 
language).

Also sometimes extention eventually stops to work and when I open options it 
says that it's in "offline" mode (while internet connection is present)
