the addon doesn't work:

Chrome Version       : <Copy from: 'lastest version'>
Operating system     : Windows 7

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I have two more addons work: Smooth gestures, Adblockplus
2. I set translation from English to Russian.

I the bubble with translation doesn't show up. I tried different combinations 
(of keys, languages) - no result. I'm using Windows 7 64 bit. 

Thank you for the addon. It worked perfectly until this time.
