Feature suggestion - feedback on pop-up failure #193

When pop-up translate fails —due to network outage, server unavailability, or 
mysterious issues like those which have been reported voluminously over the 
past few days— it fails silently.  It would be nice to be given feedback so 
we can stop holding our breath, waiting for the translation to appear.  It 
would also be helpful to give some detail on what happened, perhaps with more 
information available optionally.
