Bubble Translate / Chrome / bubble not coming

Chrome Version       : v1.5
Operating system     : win7

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. doubleclicking a word or selecting a phrase does not bring the translation 
bubbel

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expecting the translation bubble with the translation in it / getting nothing

Please provide any additional information below.
* using default install setup values ... no changes, only main and real time 
language (guess that is meant to be the language to translate to) set from 
English to German ... I tried also the other way around ... still no bubbles.

* question, does the bubble also have dictionary capability for same language ? 
Such as google translate has ?

* question 2, if the real-time translation is google translate, what are the 
other modes translated with ?

* can you send your reply to office@onefh.com pls
