no popup apeare #219

Chrome Version       : 19.0.1084.56 m
Operating system     : windows 7 64bit

What steps will reproduce the problem?

i chose the main language and real time language are the same

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
there is no translate popup appear
and also when i click on icon and chose page translate nothing open or happen

Please provide any additional information below.

i install some other extension that may produce the problem, like "turn off the 
lighte" , "clearly" , "addThis - share & bookmark", "AdBlock", "FlashControl" 
and a disabled "The Translator - المترجم 2.1"

same problem here, same Chrome version but on an iMac with 10.7.4
