Nothing happens when clicking Translate text #222

Chrome Version       : 21.0.1180.89 m
Operating system     : Win XP

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Bubble translate
2. Highlight a sentence in another language
3. Click twitter logo in location bar

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Translation or at least a popup when I click the Translate text item in the 
dropdown
I see nothing. No popup, no translation - nothing happens
Please provide any additional information below.
