gsi spinup cycle failed at 2022022815 #75

Ming,

Please check GSI failure at 2022022815. I got the same error in my runs. It appears the parameters used from RRFS-dev1 is different from your parallel at GSL.

Maybe this is caused by GSI job submission error: In exregional_run_analysis.sh, ${PE_MEMBER01} is not defined before it is used in the script "WCOSS_DELL_P3") # module load NCO/4.7.0 module list ulimit -s unlimited ulimit -a APRUN="mpirun -l -np ${PE_MEMBER01}" ;;

The paths is incorrect from GSL-RRFS_dev1. Ming will make an update of GSL-RRFS_dev1. This should be covered by https://github.com/ShunLiu-NOAA/regional_workflow/issues/76
